Preparing a Garden Bed

1). Use as an upfront addition,of Nutrient Rock Star 1-2 heaped handfuls per square meter when turning in a garden bed

2) Incorporate the Nutrient Rock Star into the soil 50 – 100 mm with some quality compost- you are now ready to plant

3) Once planting is complete, water in well with Happy Gut Tonic (20-40 ml per 9 lt watering can -covers approx 10 sqm)- water off any residue on leaf litter to prevent the sun from burning it. Happy Gut Tonic stimulates early root development for a stronger tougher plant.

4) 2 weeks after planting water plants with The Protein Shake (100 % pure fish) 1st app 180 per 9 lt , 2nd 90 ml, 3rd maintenance 45-65 ml - water away any residue. This drives growth .

5) Alternate applications of Happy Gut Tonic and The Protein Shake as a soil drench and or foliar spray per week for maximum results. That's in an ideal world however you can mix the Happy Gut Tonic & The Protein Shake it may fizz a bit but its fine

6) Apply and alternate Jurrasic Juice and Regenerate Elixir 20-40ml monthly. NB Jurassic Juice can be mixed with the Happy Gut Tonic but no the The Protein Shake as it will drop out of solution

6.) At mid growth for leafy greens and at first flower for fruiting plants (peas, tomatoes etc.).Apply Nutrient Rock Star to get those minerals in as a top dress around the base of the plants (just enough to lightly cover the soil). It must be watered in, and sprinkle in some Growing Goodness on at the same time. To save on water you could always do it to coincide with your Happy Gut Tonic or The Protein Shake depending what you are up to in your gardening routine but not a must.

7) Continue on with your weekly routine of Happy Gut Tonic one week and The Protein Shake the next.

8). Apply more Nutrient Rock Star as a top dress when you see the second burst of leafy green growth or flowers for fruiting plants. This is when the plant requires additional nutrition to ensure successful fruit development. The plant transfers its energy into the fruit it will bear and therefore you will end up with all those minerals and nutrients in your edibles.

9). Use Regenrate Elixir towards the end of the crop as it approaches maturity to drive calcium and trace elements.

Planting Seedlings

1) Incorporate up to 1 tablespoon of Nutrient Rock Star into the soil beneath each seedling. For root vegetables we add both the Growing Goodness & Nutrient Rock Star 

2) Follow the steps above under preparing a garden bed

Planting Seed

1) Mix in 2 cups per 25lt seeding mix of Nutrient Rock Star mix through well get your pots and start your seed

2)Wait for seeds to be ready and ....follow the steps above under preparing a garden bed.

3) But wait for 2 weeks after seedlings have emerged before using the The Protein Shake

4) Apply and alternate Jurassic Juice and Regenerate Elixir monthly once your plants are in growth mode.

Fruit Trees

1) Incorporate 1 – 2 Kg of Nutrient Rock Star into planting hole with some quality compost

2) Once planting is complete, water in well with  Happy Gut Tonic to stimulate early root development, this results in a stronger tougher plant.

4) 2 week after planting water plants with The Protein Shake (100 % pure fish), this drives growth.

5) Alternate applications of Happy Gut Tonic and The Protein Shake as a soil drench and or foliar spray per week for maximum results . Apply and alternate Jurassic Juice and Regenerate Elixir monthly.

6) At First bud burst -apply 1-2 handfuls per sqm of Nutrient Rock Star  around the drip line of the tree and water in

7) Continue on with your weekly routine of Happy Gut Tonic, The Protein Shake and the monthly doses of Jurassic Juice and Regenerate Elixir..

8) At mid growth - apply 1-2 handfuls of  Nutrient Rock Star & Growing Goodness to give the fruit another mineral and nutrient boost - water in well.

**NB - Citrus varieties are very hungry so we recommend you double the rate of Nutrient Rock Star & Growing Goodness in all the above scenarios

Exisiting Fruit Trees

1) Apply Nutrient Rock Star & as a side dress at first bud burst. water in well. Or if any tree is struggling then also double the dose. For heavy feeders like avocados and citrus trees also add some Growing Goodness to get these humming.

2) Continue on with your weekly routine of Happy Gut Tonic one week The Protein Shake the next, and rotate Jurassic Juice and Regenerate Elixir monthly

3) Apply more Nutrient Rock Star & Growing Goodness at mid season . The plant transfers its energy into the fruit it will bear and therefore you will end up with all those minerals and nutrients in your edibles.

4) If you have any stubborn trees that are struggling to grow use the Growing Goodness straight away along with a foliar dose of Regenerate Elixir for a calcium and trace element hit.

Natives

1) Nutrient Rock Star is low in soluble phosphorus and is therefore suitable for all native shrubs and trees.

2) Application rates for planting native trees are 0.25 – 0.5 Kg of Nutrient Rock Star per planting hole and 1-2 handfuls per planting hole for shrubs.-water in well. Follow the above steps in Fruit Trees at the lesser rate.

3) For existing trees apply 1 -2 handfuls of Nutrient Rock Star around drip line and water in well. Follow the above steps in Existing Trees at the lesser rate

4) For existing shrubs apply 1 handful of Nutrient Rock Star around drip line and water in well. Follow the above steps in Existing Trees at the lesser rate

5) Alternate applications of Happy Gut Tonic , The Protein Shake and Regenerate Elixir as a soil drench and or foliar spray once a month for maximum results.

Indoor Plants

1) Improve your potting mix by adding 1-2 cups of Nutrient Rock Star to a standard bag of potting mixthis sets the stage for sustained growth and longterm health of all indoor plants.

2) Most indoor plants are better under-watered than over-watered. Some like a weekly water, some every fornight or only once a month. Youve got to get this right. The key is to feed them every time you water so they will be lush and happy ALL of the time.

3) Alternate applications of all the liquid products each time you water to mix up the diet.

4) If your potting soil becomes water repellant use Jurassic Juice to help rehydrate the pot either by soaking the pot in the sink or a bigger container or very slowly pour a watering can into the pot.
